WE NEED RECIPES!
 

It would really help if you submitted at least 2 recipes.
Categories are as follows: (the number in the parenthesis is what has been submitted so far.)
 
1. Appetizers, Relishes & Pickle (12)
2. Soups, Salads & Sauces (6)
3. Meats & Main Dishes (27)
4. Vegetables & Side Dishes (4)
5. Breads, Rolls & Pastries (6)
6. Cakes, Cookies & Desserts (17)
7. Beverages, Microwave & Misc. (3)
 
   

When you submit your recipe to me please use the following example:
Please use at least a 14-16 pt type - easier to read & less mistakes!
List all ingredients & amounts
1 cup sugar, etc
Directions: PLEASE BE SPECIFIC
If you know how many it serves add that in.


 


Side Dish

     Deluxe Potatoes

 Class of 1969

  
 
2 lbs. frozen hash brown potatoes - thawed for 30  minutes.
1 cup diced onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
16 oz sour cream
1 stick melted oleo or butter
8 to 10 oz grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup crushed potato chips
 
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
Add salt & pepper to taste.
Put in an un-greased 9x13 pan & bake for 1 hour at 375 degrees
